Salamat Po Pinoy Store is committed to providing quality Filipino products in Australia to you. We also like our customers to be happy! 

Returns Policy

We have two options for you to consider:

Option 1
We can offer you a partial refund of 40% and you keep the item (we will require pictures of the damaged item for our team to assess this option); or

Option 2
We can send you a brand new item free of charge once we receive the damaged item back at your cost.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product, we are happy to do so, but the buyer will shoulder the costs to return the original product to us. Once we receive the original product, the buyer will be required to pay the additional $11 (Australia) or $15 (New Zealand) shipping costs to post the new product.
